The Early Years

Brad began his investigative and protective services career in 1996 as the Director of Operations and Security for a publishing company he co-founded, shortly after leaving a 14 year career at a worldwide carrier where he supervised operations, managed a myriad of human resource and employee relation management issues - hiring, orientation, retention and firing  . . . where he monitored compliance with labor and employment laws, and handled the difficult issues of negligent hiring, discrimination, harassment, negligent retention and wrongful termination.

What this means is:  Brad knows how businesses . . . and people . . . work!

After forming his own private investigation and personal protection company, Brad worked primarily as an agent for Paul McCaghren and Associates.  Five years later, he acquired Paul’s company.  During this period of time Brad also attained the designation of Texas Certified Investigator, later designated Texas Board Certified Investigator within the Texas Association of Licensed Investigators, where he served for over a decade on it's Board of Directors to include a tenure as the association's President. Brad also achieved the designation of a Professional Certified Investigator through the American Society of Industrial Security (ASIS) and briefly held a professional designation of Professional in Human Resources (PHR)
