The Early Years
Brad began his investigative and protective services career in 1996 as the Director of Operations and Security for a publishing company he co-founded, shortly after leaving a career at a worldwide carrier where he supervised operations, managed a myriad of human resource and employee relation management issues - hiring, orientation, retention and firing . . . where he monitored compliance with labor and employment laws, and handled the difficult issues of negligent hiring, discrimination, harassment, negligent retention and wrongful termination.
