ASIS International (ASIS):

ASIS is the preeminent international organization for security professionals. Founded in 1955, ASIS is dedicated to increasing the effectiveness and productivity of security professionals by developing educational programs and materials that address broad security interests.

Professional Certified Investigator (PCI) (Board Certification in Investigations):

The PCI designation is a specialty certification awarded to security practitioners who have demonstrated in-depth knowledge and experience in case management, evidence collection and case presentation. This board-certification is awarded by ASIS International (ASIS) and is evidence of (1) Specialized skills in security investigations, including case evaluation and review of options for case management strategies; (2) the ability to collect information through the effective use of surveillance, interviews and interrogations; and (3) demonstrated qualifications in physical and electronic research and data analysis.

Texas Certified Investigator (TBCI): (Board Certification in Investigations)

 

The TBCI program was created by the Texas Association of Licensed Investigators (TALI) to promote the highest ethical and professional standards in the private investigation industry. Only a few investigators, who have demonstrated expertise and competence, have successfully achieved this prestigious designation.
